Terms of service

AXIUEX Pty Ltd (ACN 697 001 942). Last updated: 29 October 2026.

These terms apply to everyone who uses Kentron, the stock and purchasing service run by AXIUEX Pty Ltd ("AXIUEX", "we", "us"). They are also Kentron's end-user licence agreement. Kentron is currently used only by Elevate Survey Supplies.

If a business has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement applies first. These terms cover anything it doesn't.

1. Who these terms apply to

  • The customer: the business that uses Kentron. Today, that is Elevate Survey Supplies.
  • Users: the people the customer invites to use Kentron, such as its staff.

By using Kentron, a user agrees to these terms and confirms the customer has authorised them. The customer is responsible for its users' use of Kentron.

2. What Kentron does

Kentron brings a business's stock, purchasing and delivery information together in one place, using records from QuickBooks Online.

We may improve Kentron over time. We won't remove a feature the customer depends on without reasonable notice.

Kentron doesn't give accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. QuickBooks remains the customer's official financial record. Check anything important against it, and get professional advice where you need it.

3. Your account

  • Keep your sign-in methods to yourself, including your passkey device and any codes we email you.
  • If you think someone else has used your account, tell us straight away at security@axiuex.com.au.
  • The customer decides who can use Kentron, and what each person can see and do. It must remove a person's access when they no longer need it.
  • You must be 18 or over to use Kentron.

4. Your business information

  • The customer owns its business information in Kentron. That includes records copied from QuickBooks, files users upload and records created in Kentron.
  • The customer allows us to hold, copy and display that information only to provide Kentron to the customer, to support it and to keep it secure.
  • We don't sell customer information, and we don't use it for anything else, unless the law requires it.
  • The customer is responsible for having the right to bring information into Kentron, including telling its own customers, suppliers and staff where the law requires.
  • We handle personal information as our privacy policy explains.

5. QuickBooks

  • Intuit's own terms also apply to QuickBooks Online. AXIUEX doesn't control QuickBooks.
  • Kentron only reads information from QuickBooks. It never changes anything in QuickBooks.
  • The customer can disconnect Kentron from QuickBooks at any time: in Kentron, from Settings, Connections; or in QuickBooks Online, from Apps.
  • If QuickBooks is unavailable, changes how it works or stops supplying information, parts of Kentron may not work until it's resolved. We'll do what we reasonably can to restore the connection.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use Kentron for anything unlawful, or to store information you have no right to hold;
  • try to see information or accounts you're not authorised to see, including other businesses' information;
  • interfere with Kentron's operation or security, or test its security without our written permission;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer Kentron, or use it to build a competing service;
  • upload anything harmful, such as malicious software.

We may suspend access that breaks this section. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell the customer first and give it a chance to fix the problem.

7. Availability and support

  • We aim to keep Kentron available at all times, but we don't promise it will never be interrupted.
  • We schedule planned maintenance outside Western Australian business hours where possible.
  • Support is available as our support page describes, or as the customer's written agreement sets out.
  • We keep backup copies, and regularly check that they can be restored.

8. Fees

Any fees for Kentron are set out in the customer's written agreement with AXIUEX. These terms don't add any.

9. Our intellectual property and your licence

AXIUEX owns Kentron, including its software, design and documentation. While the customer is entitled to use Kentron, we give it and its users a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Kentron for the customer's own business. These terms don't transfer any ownership of Kentron.

If you send us suggestions, we may use them to improve Kentron, and we owe you nothing for doing so.

10. Confidentiality

We keep the customer's business information confidential. Our staff and service providers only see what they need to provide Kentron, and only under confidentiality obligations. The customer agrees to keep confidential anything non-public it learns about Kentron's design or security.

11. Ending use of Kentron

  • The customer can stop using Kentron at any time, as its written agreement sets out or, if there isn't one, with 30 days' notice to us.
  • We can end the customer's access with 30 days' notice, or straight away if it seriously breaks these terms and doesn't fix the problem within 14 days of our notice.
  • When use ends:
    1. the customer can take a full copy of its information for 30 days;
    2. we then delete it from Kentron after a 14-day cooling-off period;
    3. backup copies are deleted on their normal schedule: daily copies within 35 days, and monthly copies within 12 months.
    On request, we'll confirm in writing when deletion is complete.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can lawfully be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again, or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

13. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, revenue or opportunity;
  • we're not liable for loss caused by QuickBooks or another service the customer uses, the customer's own systems, information the customer or its users entered, or events outside our reasonable control;
  • our total liability to the customer for all claims in any 12 months is limited to the fees the customer paid for Kentron in the 12 months before the claim.

These limits don't apply to liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or to loss caused by our fraud or wilful misconduct.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always at kentron.axiuex.com.au/terms, with the date it was last updated. We'll give the customer at least 30 days' notice of any change that materially affects it. If the customer doesn't accept a change, it may stop using Kentron before the change takes effect.

15. General

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and each party submits to the courts of Western Australia.
  • If a dispute arises, we'll each first try to resolve it by talking in good faith. If that fails within 30 days, either party may refer it to mediation before starting court proceedings, except for urgent relief.
  • If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • Not enforcing a right straight away doesn't mean giving it up.

16. Contact

We deal with requests by email only.
